Hello, all you lovely members! First, I want to say that it's so nice to see that we have 88 members and counting, and in only a few months. Let's keep the appreciation for our favourite comic/cartoon coming! You're all great!
So, naturally, we have some absolutely amazing pieces of art here in the group. I'm really grateful to each and every one of you for contributing. This group is made possible only because of your submissions, after all.
However, we have gotten some submissions which go against the rules stated in the Admins blog. Some of you might not have seen the rules, or may have misunderstood them. And that's okay.
So this is just a friendly reminder.
ARTWORK ALLOWED
Fanart of the Young Justice characters: solo, friendship/group pics, or romantic (het only, please)
Fanart of one or more Young Justice members with family, mentors, friends, or hetero romantic interests outside of Young Justice (character must still be from DC Comics, though)
Yes, OCs are welcome
ARTWORK NOT ALLOWED
OC profiles and bio's. OC's are permitted, so long as they are featured alongside canon characters -- but this is not the place to show off their bio. There are OC groups for that.
Base edits. Collaborations are fine, but not when it's simply a traced anime pose with a character's features put on top. Just no.
No ponies or anthros. It just seems inappropriate. I guess dragons are okay, because, well...they're less overused. But please, for the love of all, no ponies.
Roy/Jade, a.k.a. Red Arrow/Cheshire. Just because the founder seriously dislikes this pairing. No, really. They hurt my eyes. 
There is a Roy/Jade group on dA though, for all of your RA/C needs. So please place your fanart there.
Now, if you happen to upload a deviation going against the rules, don't worry. You're not going to get in trouble in any way, like receiving a warning or whatnot. The deviation will simply be removed from the group, is all. So if it disappears from the gallery...you know why. Sorry for any inconvenience, and have a wonderful New Year!

Slash in the group

There has been an increased amount of slash slipping into this group, mostly in the literature section. Now, as I'm sure you're aware, logically, we do not read every piece of literature submitted to the group. It's your responsibility to post to the correct folders, etc.
Having said that, I myself would like to know why people have been submitting slash to a specific group made to promote the heterosexual couples of the comics/show. Is it because you do not know that the 'het' part of the group is a shortened form of 'heterosexual'-- meaning a strictly male/female relationship, or you're being plain arrogant and a bunch
Reorganised Folders
With 118 members and counting, and a whole lot of deviations being submitted to the group on a near-daily basis, I've taken the liberty of rearranging folders within the group gallery, as well as creating some new ones. Hopefully it will keep everything more organised, and will make deviations easier to find.
For anyone who's curious as to how the folders work and where you can find what, here's a short run-down:
